What’s it all about?
Are you struggling with trying to find the perfect gift for someone who already has everything? Why not do something positive for your community in his/her name instead?
The Kamloops chapter of the Council of Canadians is sponsoring an alternative gift purchase and so far has six participating programs. For $20 per share you can contribute to:
A) The Elizabeth Fry Society - Women in Transition B) Council of Canadians - Gardens for kids C) Can Go Grannies - Stephen Lewis Foundation D) Look & C o C -Public Water Fountains E) SOCK - C.B.C. Kamloops
We are also welcoming any other community groups who would like to have us help do fundraising for them in this way.
